How we work
We prepare a specification: areas, frequency, possible hours, access and contact person. Occupied spaces and sensitive equipment need specific instructions. The quote sets out the agreed services and supplies.
What to tell us before the quote
Tell us your municipality, the type of building and an estimate of the surfaces. If you don’t know the dimensions, simply describe the situation. Mention the height, access, any furniture and time constraints. This information helps us prepare a suitable proposal.
Do you represent a property manager (syndic), an agency or a business? Mention the number of sites and who coordinates access. For regular cleaning, we define the visits and scope together. The form does not automatically book any date.
Limits matter too.
IT equipment, documents and restricted areas are not handled without agreed instructions.
How is the price set?
The quote depends on the amount of surface, how dirty it is, the method required and the means of access. The frequency and combining several services can also change the organisation. We prefer to clarify these points rather than quote you a price that doesn’t match your building.
Before you agree, check the surfaces included, any options and the practical arrangements. If your needs change, let us know before the work so the scope can be adjusted. That way you keep a clear view of what is planned.
Building a useful specification
For a business, good cleaning starts with a clear description of the spaces. Distinguish between workstations, meeting rooms, toilets, corridors and shopfronts. Mention any special surfaces and areas that must not be touched. Tasks can vary depending on the room and how it’s used. A simple specification makes it easy to compare the quote with your actual needs and to discuss changes without starting again from a vague list. For several sites, describe each building separately, even if you want a single point of contact.
Coordinating hours and access
The constraints of a shop open to the public differ from those of an office or a building run by a property manager (syndic). Tell us the possible hours, busy periods and access rules. A visit outside business hours must be agreed according to availability; it is not guaranteed by a simple online request. Appoint the person who can confirm the practical arrangements. Key handover, alarm and locking-up procedures are discussed directly before the first visit, not entered in a public message field.
Protecting information and equipment
Cleaning should not be confused with filing documents or handling sensitive equipment. Tell us about workstations, devices and spaces subject to particular instructions. The surfaces to be cleaned must be accessible under the agreed conditions. When confidential documents are on a desk, handling them is up to the authorised people in your organisation. The quote can distinguish clear surfaces from items that need a specific procedure. Likewise, a technical or regulated area must be described before a suitable service can be considered.
Adapting regular cleaning over time
A regular contract should stay easy to read: frequency, tasks, supplies and contact person. If your business changes, a new office layout or different opening hours may mean reviewing the organisation. Plan a point of contact for reporting needs and observations after visits. One-off requests, such as after-builders cleaning or a major deep clean, should be kept separate from routine cleaning. This clarity helps plan the services and avoid unspoken expectations that complicate the day-to-day relationship.
Brussels and the neighbouring municipalities
We consider requests in Brussels and the surrounding area. Availability, access and travel arrangements are set out with your quote. Find local information or contact us about a municipality that isn’t on the list.
