Information requested

The form asks for your name, at least one way to contact you, the service, the municipality and the postcode. You can add the quantity or area, the frequency and any useful constraints. Please don’t send access codes, keys or sensitive information.

How your request is used

A request you send is used to prepare a reply and a quote, and then to organise the service if you accept it. The form does not sign you up to any marketing. Processing a quote request falls under pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject; this legal basis must be confirmed once the final set-up is chosen.

Preview and receipt

When the form says it prepares a request without sending it, the data stays in the fields of your browser and no receiving service is contacted. Copying the summary places it on your clipboard. If you then choose to send it by email or WhatsApp, the terms of the service you use apply.

Retention and recipients

Before publication, the company must state here the receiving service, the authorised persons, any processors, the places of processing, the transfer safeguards and the retention periods for requests that go no further and for customers. These details have not yet been set for the new version.

Your rights

Under the conditions laid down by the regulations, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Send your request to the company. You can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Audience measurement

This version loads neither Google Analytics nor any other external measurement tool. Any later activation must come with appropriate information and, where required, consent.
