A service defined with you.
- Accessible inside and outside windows
- Frames, sills and tracks as per the quote
- Houses, flats, shopfronts and offices
How we work
We look at the glass, its frames and the access before choosing a method. A squeegee suits accessible surfaces. A pole and pure water may be used outside, depending on the layout. The finish is checked to spot streaks and areas that need particular attention.
What to tell us before the quote
Tell us your municipality, the type of building and an estimate of the surfaces. If you don’t know the dimensions, simply describe the situation. Mention the height, access, any furniture and time constraints. This information helps us prepare a suitable proposal.
Do you represent a property manager (syndic), an agency or a business? Mention the number of sites and who coordinates access. For regular cleaning, we define the visits and scope together. The form does not automatically book any date.
Limits matter too.
Cement residue, adhesive film, scratches and old limescale need a separate assessment. Cleaning does not repair damaged glass.
How is the price set?
The quote depends on the amount of surface, how dirty it is, the method required and the means of access. The frequency and combining several services can also change the organisation. We prefer to clarify these points rather than quote you a price that doesn’t match your building.
Before you agree, check the surfaces included, any options and the practical arrangements. If your needs change, let us know before the work so the scope can be adjusted. That way you keep a clear view of what is planned.
Inside, outside, frames: a scope to clarify
Two window cleaning requests can cover very different jobs. A picture window has several faces, but also sills, seals and sometimes sliding tracks. Opening windows can give access to parts of the frame that aren’t visible when closed. Tell us which elements you want cleaned to receive a consistent proposal.
A shopfront often needs a time slot that fits around customers. In a flat, some outside faces may be out of reach from inside. In a house, an extension or conservatory can change access to the first-floor windows. Describing these situations matters as much as the number of windows.
Preparing the premises without the hassle
You can make the job easier by clearing the area right around the windows, where possible. Point out fragile objects, delicate blinds, plants and anything that mustn’t be moved. There’s no need to climb a ladder or take risks to measure a window. An estimate and a description are enough to start the conversation.
If you won’t be there, access arrangements are agreed directly with the team. Don’t enter door codes, alarm codes or key safe details in the public form. For an apartment building, coordinate the necessary permissions with whoever is responsible for the common areas. The appointment can then be confirmed with suitable instructions.
When should the cleaning be repeated?
The frequency depends on how you use the building and its surroundings. A shopfront on a busy street doesn’t have the same needs as a sheltered window on the garden side. Pollen, rain and visible deposits can help you decide. Start with a one-off service if you’d like to assess your needs before considering a regular schedule.
For a shop or offices, scheduled cleaning can make coordination easier. For a home, you can combine the windows with an accessible conservatory or another glazed surface. The right rhythm is the one that matches the result you want and the constraints of the premises; there’s no need to impose the same frequency on every building.
A clean result, without promising the impossible
Cleaning aims to remove dirt in a way that suits the condition of the glass. A scratch, damaged glass or a fault between two panes won’t disappear with a squeegee. Very old deposits and building-work residue must be examined to determine what can be treated without damaging the surface. Mention them from the very first conversation.
The finish is judged as a whole: clarity of the glass, sills and the scope set out in the quote. If something specific is spotted during preparation, it must be clarified before continuing. This approach lets you choose the service knowing what is achievable and what calls for another professional.
Brussels and the neighbouring municipalities
We consider requests in Brussels and the surrounding area. Availability, access and travel arrangements are set out with your quote. Find local information or contact us about a municipality that isn’t on the list.
