How we work
We define the rooms and priorities with you. Delicate surfaces, items to be moved and products to avoid are flagged before the work. The quote distinguishes routine cleaning from a deep clean.
What to tell us before the quote
Tell us your municipality, the type of building and an estimate of the surfaces. If you don’t know the dimensions, simply describe the situation. Mention the height, access, any furniture and time constraints. This information helps us prepare a suitable proposal.
Do you represent a property manager (syndic), an agency or a business? Mention the number of sites and who coordinates access. For regular cleaning, we define the visits and scope together. The form does not automatically book any date.
Limits matter too.
Major tidying, moving heavy furniture and specialist treatments are not implicitly included.
How is the price set?
The quote depends on the amount of surface, how dirty it is, the method required and the means of access. The frequency and combining several services can also change the organisation. We prefer to clarify these points rather than quote you a price that doesn’t match your building.
Before you agree, check the surfaces included, any options and the practical arrangements. If your needs change, let us know before the work so the scope can be adjusted. That way you keep a clear view of what is planned.
Defining the rooms and priorities
To prepare a home clean, start with the rooms involved and the result you want. Cleaning a kitchen used every day is nothing like cleaning an empty bedroom. Tell us the number of rooms, the general condition and the priority tasks. If time is limited, a clear order of priorities helps define the scope of the quote. The inside of cupboards, the oven, the fridge or the windows shouldn’t be assumed to be included without discussion. Every request is easier to organise when expectations are stated in concrete terms.
Regular cleaning or deep cleaning
Regular cleaning aims to keep surfaces in an agreed condition from one visit to the next. A deep clean may need more preparation for old deposits, hard-to-reach areas or special equipment. Describe the starting situation without trying to choose a technique yourself. A planned frequency can serve as a starting point, then be adjusted to needs and availability. The chosen tasks should stay clear from one visit to the next, especially if you want to alternate certain rooms or occasionally focus on one area.
Protecting your belongings and your routine
Point out delicate surfaces, fragile objects and any products you’d like us to avoid. Precise instructions are better than a general promise that one product suits every situation. If you have pets, tell us anything useful for organising the visit. Put away documents and personal items that shouldn’t be handled. Heavy furniture and sensitive equipment aren’t moved by default. If you’re away, access and locking-up arrangements are agreed directly, without posting a code or key details in an online request.
Checking the scope together
Before confirming, read through the rooms, surfaces and options listed in the quote. Major tidying, clearing out items or a specialist treatment may require a different service. If the condition of the home changes between your request and the appointment, let the team know. This lets us reassess the organisation rather than discover a very different need on site. You then have a clear basis for judging whether the proposed service really meets your expectations.
Brussels and the neighbouring municipalities
We consider requests in Brussels and the surrounding area. Availability, access and travel arrangements are set out with your quote. Find local information or contact us about a municipality that isn’t on the list.
