How we work
We draw up a list suited to the property and its condition. Empty rooms make the surfaces easier to reach. Priorities and the key handover date are clarified before the appointment is confirmed.
What to tell us before the quote
Tell us your municipality, the type of building and an estimate of the surfaces. If you don’t know the dimensions, simply describe the situation. Mention the height, access, any furniture and time constraints. This information helps us prepare a suitable proposal.
Do you represent a property manager (syndic), an agency or a business? Mention the number of sites and who coordinates access. For regular cleaning, we define the visits and scope together. The form does not automatically book any date.
Limits matter too.
Cleaning does not guarantee the return of a rental deposit and does not repair damage. No official inventory certificate is included.
How is the price set?
The quote depends on the amount of surface, how dirty it is, the method required and the means of access. The frequency and combining several services can also change the organisation. We prefer to clarify these points rather than quote you a price that doesn’t match your building.
Before you agree, check the surfaces included, any options and the practical arrangements. If your needs change, let us know before the work so the scope can be adjusted. That way you keep a clear view of what is planned.
Preparing a list before the key handover
The date of the inventory inspection is a useful starting point for organising the cleaning. Tell us when the property will be empty and when the keys must be handed over. A clean scheduled too early may be followed by fresh dirt from the move. Prepare a list of the rooms and items to be done: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, windows or empty cupboards. This list lets us discuss a concrete scope. It doesn’t replace the rental documents, but it makes preparing the cleaning easier.
Describing the condition of the property
Mention the areas that need extra attention, such as deposits in the bathroom, a heavily used kitchen or windows that haven’t been cleaned recently. Damaged surfaces and marks that seem ingrained should be pointed out. A product or method cannot be chosen just to hide damage. The quote distinguishes what falls under cleaning from what requires another kind of work. If you’re not sure how to describe a mark, just explain it simply when you get in touch.
An empty property makes access easier
Furniture, boxes and items left in the rooms can limit the accessible areas. Tell us what will stay behind, especially in cupboards and household appliances. Moving heavy items, removing bulky waste and house clearance are not implicitly included. When moving in, coordinate the date on which you will actually have the keys. If an agency or a third party is arranging access, appoint a contact person so the information is consistent. Codes and sensitive arrangements are shared directly, outside the public form.
Don’t confuse cleanliness with the rental decision
Cleaning improves the surfaces within the agreed scope, but the outcome of an inventory inspection also depends on wear and tear, damage and the contractual documents. We promise neither the return of a rental deposit nor approval by an expert. An invoice or service description states the work carried out; it is not an official certificate on the condition of the property. This distinction lets you choose the service for what it really delivers, without attributing to it a legal or financial result it cannot guarantee.
Brussels and the neighbouring municipalities
We consider requests in Brussels and the surrounding area. Availability, access and travel arrangements are set out with your quote. Find local information or contact us about a municipality that isn’t on the list.
